A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that supplies its results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we use the contents of your message to respond.
Automatically Collected Data
Like most hosted sites, this service receives routine server-log information, including an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We review aggregated patterns to maintain the service and understand readership. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, when relevant, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Information supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and improvements to the pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services and Links
Links may lead to Cumberland County or Pennsylvania portals, library collections, archives, and external search tools. The privacy rules of those services apply to information submitted there. Sponsored results are also supplied by an outside company.

Hosting and support providers process server logs for the service. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires disclosure and otherwise only as described here.
Safeguards and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection and keeps logs only for the period needed for the stated purposes. There are no user accounts, passwords, or on-site personal profiles to maintain.

This service is intended for adults and does not target children. We do not knowingly collect a minor’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a person under 18 submitted information, and we will remove it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data a service keeps. No generally applicable Pennsylvania consumer-privacy or data-broker deletion statute was verified in the project research. Because this service retains very little, requests usually involve a review of the contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page. Public records held by Pennsylvania, Cumberland County, or Lower Allen Township remain under the control of their original custodian.
